01 Project Advantages | High-quality landscape ecological park
The total investment of the project is 2 billion yuan, with 1 billion yuan invested in the first phase, covering an area of 95 mu and a total construction area of 220,300 square meters.
The first phase of the project will build 15 standardized production plants and one supporting service building, focusing on the production and R&D of automated, intelligent, digital, and high-tech enterprises, and will focus on the development of robots, sensors, and intelligent manufacturing industries.
The project will attract at least 10 upstream and downstream leading enterprises in the intelligent manufacturing robot industry and at least 5 national high-tech enterprises. After reaching production capacity, the annual output value will be approximately 2 billion yuan, creating an advanced intelligent manufacturing demonstration park for the robot industry in the Greater Bay Area.

The project will build 11 independent enterprise headquarters buildings, 4 high-rise production and R&D buildings, 1 enterprise service center, and staff apartments.
Saleable units range from 800 to 4100 square meters. Single-story factories can be divided or combined, with high usable space, creating a new generation of low-carbon industrial complex integrating "production, life, ecology, and business".
03 Regional Advantages | A Century-Old Industrial City
Jiangmen is an important node city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, a century-old industrial city, and a traditional manufacturing base in Guangdong, with a solid industrial foundation. Jiangmen has 35 of the 41 major industrial categories, 25 national-level industrial bases, and 6 provincial-level industrial bases. It is one of the five major platforms in the province that are key to supporting the orderly transfer of industries.
Jiangmen has implemented the "Industrial Revitalization" project in depth. In 2023, Jiangmen's industrial added value above designated size increased by 6.8%, ranking third in the province. Industrial investment exceeded 100 billion yuan, becoming the sixth city in the province with industrial investment exceeding 100 billion yuan.
Jiangmen boasts a market-oriented, rule-of-law, and internationalized first-class business environment. It was rated by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce as one of the five cities with the greatest improvement in business environment and is one of the cities in Guangdong with a good business environment, rule of law, and social security.
04 Transportation Advantages | Advantageous Location
The project leverages its advantageous geographical location to create a multi-dimensional and three-dimensional transportation network. It is a mere 5-minute drive from Jiangmen High-speed Railway Station, enabling efficient intercity connections; seamlessly connected to Jiangmen Avenue, the city's main thoroughfare, on the west side; and adjacent to Zhongyang Expressway and Guangfojiangzhu Expressway, two major transportation arteries, on the east side, ensuring smooth traffic flow. With the official opening of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Channel in June 2024, the regional transportation pattern will undergo a major upgrade, resulting in stronger transportation radiation.
From the project, a 10-minute living circle covers the core area of Xinhuai's main urban area, with Wanda and Darongcheng shopping malls within easy reach; a 1-hour traffic circle seamlessly connects Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Dongguan, and other core cities in the Greater Bay Area, as well as the Macao Special Administrative Region; and within 1.5 hours, you can reach Hong Kong, truly realizing the "Greater Bay Area living circle" at your fingertips.
