Medical Device Registration Engineer

6. Write system design documents, instructions for use, operation manuals, and other related technical documents.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in electronics, electrical engineering, automation, or related majors, with 3 or more years of relevant work experience; Associate degree or above in electronics, electrical engineering, automation, or related majors, with 5 or more years of relevant work experience;
2. Proficient in electrical design standards, industry norms, safety standards, and automatic control theory;
3. Proficient in using mainstream PLCs and HMIs to complete program writing and debugging; such as Huichuan, Mitsubishi, etc. Familiarity with Codesys platform-based programming applications is preferred, and experience with one or more brands of robots is preferred;
4. Familiar with industrial bus applications such as EtherCAT, ModbusTCP, ModbusRTU, and serial port protocols, and can complete servo stepping and other motion axis control through bus protocols. Understanding of PLC and host computer communication interaction is preferred, and understanding of Hikvision vision and communication interaction applications is preferred;
5. Proficient in using Eplan or AutoCAD to draw electrical schematics, etc;
6. Familiar with C#, Python, and other programming applications, and have certain upper-computer development capabilities is preferred;

Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for extracting customer project process data and parameters, planning the automation equipment process flow and specifications, and guiding the modification of related interfaces for components and projects;
2. Responsible for converting customer samples and materials into 3D models;
3. According to project requirements, configure automation equipment modules, design and model each module, and complete 3D model design;
4. Responsible for converting 3D models into 2D engineering drawings and creating BOM lists for each module.
5. Assist in handling problems encountered during production and assembly;
6. Assist the technical support department in handling technical problems encountered at customer sites;
7. Responsible for optimizing the design of each module and designing new modules required in the project.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related majors, proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Office and other software.
2. 3+ years of experience in mechanism design, proficient in the selection of commonly used standard parts, understanding of basic electrical component selection, familiar with machining, sheet metal and other structural parts and surface treatment processes, experience in robot application design is preferred;
3. Smooth communication and expression skills, a sense of responsibility, proactive and timely handling of various problems, teamwork spirit, and obedience to work arrangements.
