Bridging the Past and Future—Pengxia Investment Leads Intelligent Equipment and Robotics Companies in Finding New Opportunities
Jiangmen successfully held the "Intelligent Equipment Entrepreneurs Visit Jiangmen" and "Robot Industry Supply-Demand Matching and Investment Cooperation Exchange Activities" from August 11th to 12th. Over 120 intelligent equipment and robot companies, including Pengxia Investment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Pengxia Investment"), participated in the event. This included 4 listed companies, 21 specialized and new enterprises, and 42 high-tech enterprises. Pengxia Investment aims to build a platform for the development of the robot industry, encourage cooperation among industry leaders, and promote the clustered development of the region's intelligent equipment and robot industry to support the automated transformation of traditional enterprises.
During the two-day event, the visiting team conducted field trips to Xinhui District and Jianghai District, visiting Pengxia Robot Intelligent Manufacturing Park, Jiangmen Double Carbon Laboratory, CRRC Rail Transit Industrial Park, Hanyu Group Co., Ltd., and Jianghai District Safety and Emergency Industry Park. They gained an in-depth understanding of the upstream and downstream development of Jiangmen's intelligent equipment industry, as well as information on park construction, industrial supporting facilities, and policy support. An industry supply-demand matching and investment cooperation exchange meeting was also held to explore new opportunities for industrial cooperation.
In this event, Pengxia Investment not only conducted investment investigations but also innovatively carried out industry supply-demand matching. At the government's invitation, they participated in matching with upstream and downstream enterprises in Jiangmen's intelligent equipment industry and enterprises with needs for intelligent equipment and robots. Pengxia Investment aims to promote the formation of complementary and mutually beneficial market relationships among enterprises, attracting more intelligent equipment and robot enterprises to invest and develop in Jiangmen.
At the Intelligent Equipment and Robot Industry Supply-Demand Matching and Investment Cooperation Exchange Meeting held on the afternoon of August 11th, Pengxia Investment, Pengxia Robot Intelligent Manufacturing Park, Jiangmen Municipal Government, Guangdong Robot Association, and other parties focused on industrial collaborative development, exchanged opinions face-to-face, and jointly discussed the convergence points of industrial cooperation.
Zhong Weijian, Deputy Director of Jiangmen Municipal Bureau of Commerce and leader of Jiangmen Investment Promotion Center, delivered a welcome speech, extending a sincere invitation to cooperate to the guests attending the event. Liu Hongbin, Standing Committee Member of Xinhui District Committee and Director of the District Committee Office; Liang Junhua, Chairman of Jiangmen Financial Investment Holding Co., Ltd.; relevant persons in charge of Industrial Bank Jiangmen Branch and Bank of China Jiangmen Branch; and Chen Wen, Secretary-General of Guangdong Robot Association, delivered keynote speeches.
Wang Zhibo, General Manager of Pengxia Investment, introduced the construction of the Pengxia Robot Intelligent Manufacturing Park project, shared his investment experience in Jiangmen Xinhui, and sincerely invited upstream and downstream enterprises to gather and settle in, seizing the opportunity presented by the upcoming opening of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Passage.
At this event, Wang Zhibo, General Manager of Pengxia Investment; Chen Wen, Secretary-General of Guangdong Robot Association; and Feng Xuchu, Executive Vice President of Jiangmen Intelligent Equipment and Robot Association, were specially appointed as Jiangmen Robot Industry Investment Promotion Consultants, expanding their network for investment attraction and project construction in Jiangmen's intelligent robot industry.
In addition, Pengxia Investment also signed investment agreements with enterprises entering the park.

Based on our company’s actual operational circumstances, we would like to inform you of the following holiday arrangements for the Spring Festival:
The core of the Niu'er commercial plastic encapsulation robot is designed for semiconductor chip packaging and achieves fully automated operations by simulating manual handling processes. The plastic encapsulation robot consists of five major functional modules: 1. Feeding Box and Pre-arrangement Unit: This unit includes a material box turnover mechanism, a sheet-ejection and -transfer module, a sheet-handling and transport module, and a preheating stage module. After operators place multiple material boxes into the system and start the equipment, lead frames are sequentially ejected to the gripping position, where they are then picked up by a sheet-sorting robotic arm and transferred to the preheating stage for heating. The temperature consistency error is within ±10℃. 2. Resin Application and Pre-arrangement Unit: This unit comprises a resin application module, a resin screening module, and a resin pre-arrangement module. Operators load resin into the resin hopper, and after the equipment completes the tasks of arranging resin in the same direction, filtering out waste residues, and sorting out good-quality resin, the resin pre-arrangement mechanism arranges the resin neatly into pre-arranged fixtures for pickup by the main robotic arm. 3. Main Robotic Arm and Main Fixture Unit: This unit includes a high-load collaborative robotic arm and a main fixture module. First, the main fixture picks up the finished products from the encapsulation mold and places them onto the finished-product tray. Then, it picks up the lead frames from the preheating stage and the resin from the resin fixture, sequentially placing them into the mold to complete the loading and unloading operations for the encapsulation mold. 4. Press Mold Cleaning Unit: This unit includes a mold-cleaning module and a high-volume vacuum suction module. After the encapsulation mold is opened and the finished product has been picked up by the main fixture, the cleaning unit uses a combination of rotating brushes and vacuum suction to clean the mold surface. 5. Gluing and Finished-Product Collection Unit: This unit includes a finished-product feeding module, a gluing and cleaning module, a finished-product transfer and transport module, and a finished-product collection module. The main robotic arm picks up finished products from the finished-product tray, places them into the gluing mold for gluing, and then the discharging mechanism picks up the finished products and places them one by one into finished-product clips according to predefined rules. The unit also supports simultaneous discharge capability for multiple clips.
