Pengxia Investment's first robot manufacturing park topping-out ceremony!


On December 16, 2024, the topping-off ceremony for the Pengxia Robot Intelligent Manufacturing Park in Xinhui District, Jiangmen City was grandly held. Ms. Tang Huihong, member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangmen Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Vice Chairman; Mr. Liu Bing, Deputy Secretary of the District Committee and District Mayor; Mr. Wen Jialin and Mr. Ye Changxin, district leaders; Ms. Wang Juanxia, Chairperson of Pengxia Investment; Mr. Wang Zhibo, General Manager of Pengxia Robot Intelligent Manufacturing Park; representatives of the companies that have moved in; guests; and media attended the topping-off ceremony, jointly witnessing this glorious moment.

The Pengxia Robot Intelligent Manufacturing Park is located in the national-level intercity high-speed train repair and maintenance core base in Xinhui District, Jiangmen City - Guangdong Rail Transit Industrial Park. It is a key project for investment attraction at both the provincial and municipal levels in Guangdong Province and Jiangmen City, and also a new generation of information technology and robot industrial park project.

Project rendering

The total investment of the Pengxia Robot Intelligent Manufacturing Park project is 2 billion yuan, with the first phase investing 1 billion yuan. It covers an area of 95 mu (approximately 6.33 hectares) with a total construction area of 220,300 square meters. The park adopts a method of integrating internal ecological axes with municipal ecological parks to create a park-style central landscape belt, planning and constructing a new generation of low-carbon industrial complex with high standards that integrates "production, life, ecology, and business".

Project rendering

The first phase will complete 15 standardized production plants and one supporting service complex building. It is positioned for the production and research and development of automated, intelligent, digital, and high-tech enterprises, focusing on the development of robots, sensors, and intelligent manufacturing industries. The project will attract at least 10 upstream and downstream leading enterprises in the intelligent manufacturing robot industry and at least 5 national high-tech enterprises. After reaching full production capacity, the annual output value will be approximately 2 billion yuan, creating an advanced intelligent manufacturing demonstration park for the Greater Bay Area robot industry.

Niu'er Commercial Plastic-Sealing Robot | A Comprehensive Analysis of the Five Key Functional Modules in Semiconductor Chip Packaging

The core of the Niu'er commercial plastic encapsulation robot is designed for semiconductor chip packaging and achieves fully automated operations by simulating manual handling processes. The plastic encapsulation robot consists of five major functional modules: 1. Feeding Box and Pre-arrangement Unit: This unit includes a material box turnover mechanism, a sheet-ejection and -transfer module, a sheet-handling and transport module, and a preheating stage module. After operators place multiple material boxes into the system and start the equipment, lead frames are sequentially ejected to the gripping position, where they are then picked up by a sheet-sorting robotic arm and transferred to the preheating stage for heating. The temperature consistency error is within ±10℃. 2. Resin Application and Pre-arrangement Unit: This unit comprises a resin application module, a resin screening module, and a resin pre-arrangement module. Operators load resin into the resin hopper, and after the equipment completes the tasks of arranging resin in the same direction, filtering out waste residues, and sorting out good-quality resin, the resin pre-arrangement mechanism arranges the resin neatly into pre-arranged fixtures for pickup by the main robotic arm. 3. Main Robotic Arm and Main Fixture Unit: This unit includes a high-load collaborative robotic arm and a main fixture module. First, the main fixture picks up the finished products from the encapsulation mold and places them onto the finished-product tray. Then, it picks up the lead frames from the preheating stage and the resin from the resin fixture, sequentially placing them into the mold to complete the loading and unloading operations for the encapsulation mold. 4. Press Mold Cleaning Unit: This unit includes a mold-cleaning module and a high-volume vacuum suction module. After the encapsulation mold is opened and the finished product has been picked up by the main fixture, the cleaning unit uses a combination of rotating brushes and vacuum suction to clean the mold surface. 5. Gluing and Finished-Product Collection Unit: This unit includes a finished-product feeding module, a gluing and cleaning module, a finished-product transfer and transport module, and a finished-product collection module. The main robotic arm picks up finished products from the finished-product tray, places them into the gluing mold for gluing, and then the discharging mechanism picks up the finished products and places them one by one into finished-product clips according to predefined rules. The unit also supports simultaneous discharge capability for multiple clips.
